PLANNING & ARCHITECTURE
From architecture to construction, we are responsible for both building and designing today’s most innovative structures. Specific duties vary according to individual assignment and include: creating three-dimensional drawings from blueprints and verbal instructions; working in a drafting room setting up machines and materials; supervising and training new draftsmen; detailing interior design features such as wall panels, cabinetry, lighting fixtures, flooring, etc.; preparing construction drawings and field sketches from preliminary design work; coordinating the preparation of mechanical drawings; reviewing contracts, specifications, estimates, etc.

Construction Planning is particularly vital to large-scale projects that have more potential for problems that could significantly delay the project and cost money. Our planning team measures each design decision with careful analysis that calculates the impact that decision will make on the budget and schedule. And also, making sur that our strategy is in high level compliance with new construction methods.
